A few years ago I was watching the Food Network and Bobby Flay said a line that has stuck with me… “There’s no shame in non-stick”. I don’t really think there should be any shame connected with making cooking easier as long as it’s healthy.
We have an All-Clad set. I really thought I had the cat’s meow as far as pans were concerned and for the most part All-Clad is awesome, but the non-stick pans have really worn out and they were just not cutting it any more. Everything would stick.
This was really becoming a problem with eggs. Erin, my husband’s son, was also working to perfect his hash brown recipe which was just too hit or miss with the All-Clad.
This led Erin to Amazon. There he found the Ozeri non-stick pan. This is hands down THE BEST non-stick pan I have ever seen or used and it is also free of a bunch of nasty chemicals so it’s healthy too.
Perfect crispy hash browns and my omelets have never turned out better.
Hmmm. I’ve been thinking about getting one of those ceramic ones that I see on TV. I wonder how they compare.
