That’s Phoebe and I one year ago. Phoebe was two weeks old and I was heading out to the annual Heidi Says sale where prices are slashed 50-90%. Heidi Says is a local perfectly edited boutique that I have been shopping at for years. Most of their items are out of my price range, but when this sale hits I am ALL OVER IT.
