“You need to make time for your family no matter what happens in your life.” Matthew Quick, Silver Linings Playbook
Steve and I both have full time jobs and part time side work we do. It’s a lot, but what can I say? We are raising a family in San Francisco. Have you seen the prices in this city? We are lucky to do work we enjoy, but I do find our time with the girls and especially all of us together at the same time can be limited.
I wish I could say we have sacred family days that nothing can cut across, but I would be lying. The good news is that when we do get those moments to just be with each other we really, really like it.
Last Friday Steve and I took Phoebe out for pizza at Goat Hill Pizzeria. Phoebe happily sat through an entire meal and we even got to visit a local book store before heading home.
Here are some of the shots from the night.

Goat Hill Pizza makes sourdough crust pizza. It’s fantastic.
Steve is so happy to be out with his family he has a glowing ball of light shining on him.

Planning her escape.
See that wall of clouds? That is the fog rolling in. I love this town.
