We woke up at 3:30 to drive 10,000 feet up to the top of Haleakala Crater. This was spectacular, but I advise ages 8 and up for anyone going. It’s intense and windy.
The Sugar Factory Museum was a hit.
Ella swam the length if the pool back and forth twice.
Phoebe took her first step followed by blowing two kisses.
I also took nearly a 2 hour nap in the afternoon.
We rounded out the day with a family BBQ and a game of dice.
Day 5 was full of excitement and exhaustion.
Volcanos, sugar cane fields, first steps, family and long naps.

What amazing pictures !
