Have you ever been to the Robert Mondavi Winery? It is like the Disneyland of Napa wineries. It’s been around since the mid ’60s and they have wine making and tasting down to a perfect science and art.
I had never been there before, so we took the Signature Tour. For $30 you get a group tour through the winery and have a private tasting. I learned so much about wine. I have been drinking it wrong for 14 years. This newfound knowledge is a both a blessing and a curse. Wine is just so much more yummy now.
We had an amazing time.
