Makeover your Makeup – How to look more rested

This is the third in a series of posts with makeup artist Shawn Burke.

I’m tired. How about you?

Ever feel like you don’t really want to put on makeup but know you look exhausted and maybe feel you should pull it together just a bit?

I asked Shawn what would be a good makeup routine for busy ladies who need a little extra something to make them look pulled together without going over the top.

She came up with the best “no makeup” look I have tried in a long time and it’s really easy.

She stressed on your most tired days less is more.

All you need after you moisturize is:

1. Creamy concealer between the brows, under the eyes, around the nose and chin.

2. Fill your brows

3. A bit of mascara

4. A Highlighter on your brow and cheek bones.

5. A lip balm

Really easy and really fast.

Here is a video showing how I did it.

Here is a picture showing a before and after shot:

I think it is really amazing what just a little tiny bit of product can do.

Do I look maybe a little less tired?
