Heirloom Tomatoes – nom nom nom

I saw this on Saturday and pretty much drooled over it all day so decided to make my own version. It was a major hit. Steve, Chloe and I ate the whole thing.

What I used:

Rosemary Focaccia bread

Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Goat Cheese

Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder

An Heirloom Tomato

An Avocado

What  I did:

Cut the focaccia in half and sprinkled it with oil and vinegar.

Put it in the broiler on low for 4 minutes.

Spread all of the goat cheese.

Added the sliced tomatoes and avocado.

Salt, pepper and garlic powder.

What we all did:

Ate it really fast with Chloe saying over and over how good it was.
